What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us. When you send a brief through our contact form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company or club, email address, phone number, the service you need, approximate quantity, delivery postcode and the details of your enquiry.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
- Analytics data. If you allow cookies, we collect anonymised usage data about how the site is used (see “Cookies and analytics” below). If you decline, we do not collect this.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and digital proofs, and carry out any work you order — on the basis of taking steps to enter into, and performing, a contract with you.
- To keep records of enquiries and orders and to run our business — on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- To measure and improve the website using analytics — on the basis of your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, we ask whether you’ll allow cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don’t ask again.
- Essential storage — we save your cookie choice locally in your browser. This is required for the site to remember your preference and is always active.
- Analytics (optional) — only if you select “Allow cookies”, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and how pages are used. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and storage in your browser, which will prompt the choice again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and respond to you:
- Vercel — website hosting and security.
- Resend — delivers your contact-form enquiry to our inbox by email.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only if you allow cookies.
These providers process data on our behalf under contract. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU-approved transfer mechanisms) are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, fulfil any work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations — after which it is securely deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data, or restrict or object to how we use it;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent (e.g. for analytics) at any time.
